Good to see some Letzebatallion regs on there along with some old friends - it's like - we're the only smart ones in a sea of teh dumb.

I did make a couple of new friends ouf of it though, which is cool.

Right now I'm having a shit of a time berating a dumbass with more fat between their ears than on their body, and considering they consider themselves a fat person, that's a SHITTON of fat.

Please. Give me a break. I don't whine about my obesity. I can't embrace it, arms don't go around that far. But I know some beautiful people secure in their bodies, regardless of what they look like. That's fine.

I conquered my fucking food addiction. There is no such thing as a "comfort food" if you want to be a comfortable weight (fat or thin, as long as you are healthy). - food is fuel, nothing more. Like wood on a fire. Too much wood, fire goes out or burns slow. Too little wood, fire burns out. Fire is the exercise, wood is what it eats. Get the point?

My struggles with my excess poundage -and the resulting self-esteem issues - are pretty well-known to my friends and family. But they are my own, and I don't need "forum support" like this individual to "justify" being a fatass without a modicum of intelligence.

I eat healthy, I exercise. It's coming off, slowly. When you are confronted with an early death (and not seeing your son grow up) or permanently changing your dietary habits, the decision is pretty fucking easy, isn't it?

Now hand me that salad and no-one gets hurt. No, no dressing. No tomatoes either, nasty boogery fruits. EW. NO PEPPERS... What the hell is THIS? Iceberg? I clearly stated kale, spinach and curly endive, with radishes, carrots and celery. Where the HELL are my radishes?

And where's my balsamic vinaigrette?
